 Before starting the business we worked as youth workers and teachers, working with so called 'hard to reach' young people. When we started to make money through football kits, tshirt printing and workwear, we thought to ourselves "what a great way to motivate the teenagers we work with". So we started a project called Made By Young People teaching Design and Enterprise to young people, many of the are NEET (not in education employment and training). We regularly visit schools and youth centres and take for example 30 blanks Tshirts, that kids and young people decorate alongside our professional graphics designers. At the end of the session everyone has a new t-shirt that they have made for themselves.We are now offering this service to youth football teams (and adults too if you want) for free (subject to minimum spend). We can turn up to training with your new kit and fully involve your players in the designing printing and pressing of say their names on the back of their footie shirt. All of our staff have fully enhanced CRB clearance. Its proven so popular we are even starting to franchise the idea in schools, youth centres and football teams, so you may be interested in startting one yourself.
